Cordoba y Sevilla

Cordoba and Sevilla are two pretties places! I've gotten so many photos of both cities for memories! The architecture is so beautiful there, and the parks there are something I could see myself staying for hours!

Cordoba had so many things that caught my eye, and the history in this city is to die for! I wished that I could've been longer, so I could have experienced more of the city from a point of view that wasn't to touristic. The arabic language and community has such a large influence on Cordoba in terms of history! The streets are very beautiful here also. The streets are full of flowers, and very close to each other and I was able to internalize the aroma of the flowers! It was another block where the patios were so close that people could kiss from the balcony! I find Cordoba to be very romantic city for that. The Mosque had so much history in it and it was a lot for me to embrace in at first. Thankfully, we had a tour guide who was passionate in her career to guide us through, even though it was pretty crowded. It overall was a great place!

One thing I got from Sevilla that I found interesting was that there was a road specifically for bikes! Bikes here are treated as a system of traffic! The plaza of Spain was very beautiful, and the parks there were one of the most memorable things I have from Sevilla. The architecture in Sevilla is more extravagant than that of Cordoba and Granada in my opinion.  Also, that's pretty logical because Sevilla is 3 times the size of Granada, giving it more space to become more touristic and have more grand pieces of architecture.

There are many fountains here that caught my eye and they add to the tranquility of the parks! While we were on this trip, we met other people in the program CEA who just came a few days ago, and they were cool! One of them had a selfie stick and it was the first time I took a photo off it! The fish in this one pond were aggressive and were fighting recklessly over the food some people were feeding it. I thought it was quite disgusting actually, and it would splash some people when it flapped on top of the water. I also found it quite interesting that they have a red light that illuminates heat intensively in the hotel! I didn't look into what it actually is used for, but I believe its for a quicker dry once you leave out the shower.

Sevilla had so many pieces of architectures that caught my eye! I was even able to see the tomb of Christopher Columbus (or so they say)! We walked up 35 ramps to get this phenomenal view of Sevilla! I love my fountains in Spain, so you know I live for a photo near one :) Also I was able to see the Bentleys of Sevilla which I call them, or the horse there. Also, I got a glimpse of the culture in the streets that Sevillians do to get money despite sitting.

Overall, it was an excellent excursion and I wouldn't change it for the world! It's been fun Cordoba and Sevilla!
