Mi Casa Segunda en Granada!

Mi Casa en Granada es mismo mi casa en Michigan, pero tambien diferente. My home in Granada is an apartment, this is a similar to my home in Ann Arbor simply because in Ann Arbor I also live in an Apartment. However in Ann Arbor there is no shopping mall right outside of my doorsteps! This is the entrance to mi casa, es muy intersante porque en Ann Arbor los apartamentos entradas son diferentes. I live on The fifth floor, and although I don't have the best view I am very grateful for what I do have, and the fact that I am able to view Camino De Rhonda!

When I enter mi casa I am greeted by a breakfast restaurant/bar. Its always has alot of customers in the morning. And my mom tells me every day that I should pruebalo, Pero no tengo tiempo =(. When I lived in Ann Arbor there was plenty restaurants, however none where literally attached to my home.

The hallway leading to the elevators is simply amazing to me.. Its simple but very unique, it holds a certain cultural appearance that my apartment in the states simply lacks.

I really love where I live I never was a picky person so simply living in downtown Espana is amazing A mi! However there is one thing that I will probably never get used to here, and that is the lack of space in our elevators. Here I wont use the elevators if there are two people on them. In America our elevators can fit at least 7 people on average, that was a very interesting change; however it was also pretty cool, because If the elevators are full that just means I can run down the stairs and get some extra exercise!

Montacargas-Size Matters

Our family here is a very close one. My mom and I are the only two people that Actually live here. However My Tio Jose, mi Tia Rosia, y mi Abuela all come over pretty often for lunch. They are awesome, Each of them have their own unique personalities but are all very warming and accepting of me! My Mom, and Grandma are both retired and mi tia is a stay at home mom. My tio jose repairs homes, and on most days he's just returning from a tough day of painting many houses. Since I come from a blue collared family, this is something I respect from my tio. My family here interacts with me just like my family from my home. We spend our time watching "the simpsons", talking about sports, and eating alot of food. We like to enjoy our time with each other, and we would rather not stress las pequenas cosas.

Annnnd Mi room- A little small, but I love it!!

And Finally My family! and me.. Not pictured are my auntie and abuela, I will try to get pics of them!

Adios!!!
